Our Litigation Counsel act as solicitor on the record and are responsible for the conduct of many of ASIC''s highprofile civil litigation regulatory matters in the High Court, Federal Court and State Supreme Courts. The team also manages external law firms engaged to act for ASIC, providing guidance on litigation strategy and case theories. Litigation Counsel applicants must hold unrestricted practising certificates and have experience managing complex litigation matters and leading teams of lawyers. Strong technical legal skills, ability to provide strategic direction in regulatory litigation matters, and a capacity to communicate with influence to a wide variety of audiences and highlevel organisational skills.
