We are launching a new legal services business focused on delivering high-quality, practical support to clients across a range of legal matters. As part of our founding team, we''re looking for a forward-thinking and experienced Director to take a leadership role in shaping the business from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to be both an executive leader and a potential equity partner in an exciting new venture with strong growth potential. Flexible, part-time start (two days per week), with clear pathway to full-time leadership role. What Youll Do Lead the operational and strategic development of the legal services business. Establish the business structure and regulatory framework in compliance with legal industry requirements. Build and manage a legal team to serve clients in areas such as business law, contracts, compliance, and more. Drive business development and client relationship management. Work closely with the founding team to build a scalable and reputable practice. Oversee financial performance, risk management, and governance processes. What Were Looking For Qualified legal practitioner with current Australian practising certificate. Minimum 35 years post-admission experience, ideally in a general commercial or legal advisory setting. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for building something new. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver legal solutions. Ambition to contribute to longterm business growth and partner in success.
