This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming, efficient, and engaging environment for employees, candidates, and visitors. Youll be the face of the office, a cultural ambassador, and a key partner in ensuring our workplace runs smoothly and reflects our values.Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional front-of-house service by warmly welcoming employees, candidates, and guests, and managing reception operations including mail, packages, and visitor systems. Oversee daily office operations, prioritising and resolving employee requests in line with service level agreements (SLAs). Lead internal office communications to keep teams informed and engaged, ensuring access to up-to-date information and resources. Manage relationships with local vendors (e.g. food services, janitorial, fitness) to ensure high-quality service and operational continuity. Plan and execute employee engagement events that align with company culture and budget. Act as a cultural leader, championing company values and fostering a connected, inclusive workplace. Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on space planning, office moves, and infrastructure improvements. Oversee the food and beverage programme, ensuring variety and inclusivity of dietary needs. Develop, manage, and forecast office budgets with a focus on resource efficiency and financial accountability. Partner with procurement and legal teams to identify and onboard new vendors. Ensure compliance with safety standards through regular inspections and proactive risk management. Support cross-functional workplace initiatives and special projects as needed. What You Bring 5+ years experience in workplace experience, facilities, or office operations within a fast-paced environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a local workplace team. Strong budget management, vendor coordination, and project management capabilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira. Experience in workplace safety and compliance practices. Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
