OverviewThe Land Development Corporation (LDC) is the Northern Territory Government''s strategic land developer, established under the Land Development Corporation Act 2003. With a mandate to deliver industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, the LDC plays a pivotal role in enabling investment, supporting industry growth, and providing the land supply needed to sustain the Territory''s economic and social advancement.The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the principal executive responsible for leading the organisation to achieve its vision of unlocking the potential of land to drive economic growth.
