Overview Job Title: Club Manager Company: Baseline Fitness Reports to: District Manager Status: Full Time/Supervisor/Exempt/Non-Exempt Job Summary: Responsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club. Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members. Member service oversight to ensure all team members provide a great customer service experience at all times. High involvement in front desk tasks: greeting and welcoming members, gym tours, member service issues and questions. Provide support for team members and club members. Create and maintain a positive image for the club. Coach and counsel performance to help achieve company standards. Ensure prompt opening/closing of the gym. Ensure staff are aware of and trained on current marketing promotions. Complete manager portion of onboarding, in Paycom, for all new hires. Ensure the club is open and staffed during all hours of business. Ensure self and team members implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Responsible for ordering supplies and tracking inventory. Essential Skills & Behavior Customer Service: communicate and interact with customers to exceed expectations. Diplomacy: demonstrate tact and appropriate language in all interactions. Communication: maintain timely and effective communication with staff and departments.
