Youll be on the road, getting acquainted with your network, enhancing existing stores, and helping maintain the incredible growth weve seen in this area. Youll deliver training, implement promotions, and ensure professional merchandising standards - all with a can-do attitude and attention to detail that reflects the old-school sales rep spirit.You will report to the National Sales Manager and be a vital part of our Commercial Team.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve or exceed annual revenue targets for your territoryMaintain a 46 week visitation cycle with resellersSupport local events and in-store activationsDeliver staff training and maintain strong product knowledgeEnsure POS displays are professionally presentedManage stock levels and merchandising to maximise turnoverProvide competitor and market insights to head officeCollaborate with the Commercial and Customer Service teamsComplete administrative and reporting duties in line with company policyAbout YouYoure an energetic self-starter who loves being on the road and connecting with rural communities.
