If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, we encourage you to apply.ABOUT THE ROLE:We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to work along our skilled Projects Delivery Team for works based across the Pilbara. Our scope of works are currently Earthworks, Rehabilitation, Sustainability & NPI Civil Construction with multiple projects underway, and others in the pipeline. Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the in onsite Delivery Team and supported by the Commercial Manager, this role is pivotal to the commercial success of the Project.Our Project Values are ranging from $5mil-$50mil, working mostly on Tier 1 Iron Ore Mine Sites. This role is Permanent Position based in Belmont, with some ad-hoc travel required for Client & Site Visits. Other office locations are Karratha and Dunsborough, therefore some travel may be required in these locations.DUTIES:Prepare and manage the procurement process including tender evaluation, contract negotiations and administration of contracts during the worksResponsible for management of the head contract ensuring notices, claims and variations are submitted in line with the contract terms;Administrator RFI/TQs process to the clients project team;Oversee the projects cost control including assessment of claims, issuance of head contract claims, budgeting and forecasting cashflow.Negotiating and resolving disputes with both subcontractors and clients.Working collaboratively with the team; including internal & external stakeholdersTake responsibility for the job files of each project and ensure all contract correspondence is filed appropriately including all document control.Produce monthly reporting, project forecasts and costs to be presented to the Project ManagerREQUIREMENTS:Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying5 years experience in the Construction industry (Mine Site based Civil Projects) including surveying & estimating, tender process & procurementStrong attention to detailClear and professional communication skillsMS Suite experience (Microsoft Excel & Project)WHY US?Well established Projects Team with a strong record of long tenure within the Company - people like working here!Employee Assistance Program offeredClose & long term working relationship with Tier 1 Clients with a lot of repeat workA Company big enough to deliver; but small enough to care about all EmployeesTo be considered immediately; "Apply Now".
