Joining the Journey Beyond family, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests. About The Role We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to join the team on a permanent fulltime basis as a Cruise Director. This role is responsible for supervising the onboard hospitality operations, overseeing the Food & Beverage service, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Leading by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistent service. Ensuring high team performance and professional presentation. Facilitating performance conversations and appraisals for the Cruise Attendant team. Promoting NPS guest feedback cards, ensuring they are issued and returned. Addressing guest complaints or issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience. Adhering to operational procedures and WHS requirements. Overseeing the stock control of consumables on board and conducting daily reconciliations. Promoting Navigator content, including educational and informative posts by crew members. Managing the allocated work area and any related tasks. About You You will be an experienced team leader passionate about service delivery and high performance, organised, and with a demonstrated positive cando attitude, motivated to go above and beyond for our guests to create a memorable and unique guest experience. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Be A motivated team leader with a proven track record in hospitality, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering a highperforming team environment. Proactive in addressing guest needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Skilled in managing time with strong organisational abilities. Possessing sound inwater swimming skills and physical fitness.
