About the Role The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities Ensure prompt and professional guest service Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and functionality across all areas. Manage reservations, stock levels, and equipment care Monitor cashiering procedures and loss prevention controls. Uphold hotel policies, OH&S guidelines, and security protocols Preparing the outlets for service periods (stock the bar and get ready for opening) Present yourself in a professional well-groomed manner at all times. Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team. Acquire a full knowledge of the hotels food and beverage service policies and procedures. Comply with the hotels standard procedures in regards to waste management. Participate in all online and on the job training sessions. Adhere to all established cashiering policies and procedures. Ensure the protection and maintenance of all operating equipment. Complete all assigned opening and closing duties.
