The OpportunityWere currently offering casual roles with a clear path to permanent employment. Work and live on-site at one of our client camps at Wolleebee Creek Camp (Wandoan, QLD) or Ruby Jo (Kumbarilla, QLD), with competitive hourly rates including casual loading, penalty rates, and plenty of overtime available. As an Offsider / Field Operator, youll work closely with the primary operator to support vacuum truck operationsplaying a vital role in safely collecting and disposing of waste while upholding the highest safety and environmental standards. What Youll Be Doing Assisting with setup and operation of vacuum truck equipment during rig cleaning and waste removal Supporting non-destructive digging (NDD) to safely expose underground utilities Performing washbay servicing, including wastewater removal and disposal Collecting, segregating, and disposing of waste from rig camps and other locations Carrying out physically demanding tasks in varied field conditions Following all site safety protocols and environmental regulations Communicating effectively with site personnel to ensure smooth, efficient operations What Youll Bring Previous experience in machinery operation, laboring, or plumbing Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks Experience in the Coal Seam Gas (CSG) industry or current CSG inductions is highly desirable Waste management experience is a plus, but not essential What We Offer Entry-level role with career growth opportunities in the waste management industry Work a 14/7 roster, with 14 days on-site followed by 7 days off On-site accommodation with quality meals, streaming services, gyms, and more Early starts (6 AM) with long shifts 25% casual loading on top of your base hourly rate, penalty rates, and plenty of overtime A supportive, safety-first team culture Career development in a stable, growing industry How to ApplyTo join us, youll need to pass a police check and complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
