What Will I Do? For those considering a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role, youll oversee daytoday operation including customer service, cashier duties, opening and closing, maintaining stock, staff supervision, and general cleaning. For those interested in the Takeaway roles, youll oversee a commercial kitchen, staff and equipment and be responsible for shortorder meal preparation, opening and closing, menu development, and customer service. What Experience Do I Need? One (1) to three (3) years of similar work experience at Supervisor or Manager level desirable for Management positions. Training is provided for allrounder and hospitality positions. Previous experience working in remote locations such as a mining town or an outback store/roadhouse is desirable. Flexible approach, positive attitude, and willingness to learn essential. Strong organisational skills, punctuality, and accountability essential.
