Basic Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Big 4 M&A/Corporate Finance (excluding audit/tax), with proven expertise in transaction modeling, stakeholder engagement, and investment evaluation Professional qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or MBA) with comprehensive understanding of US GAAP/IFRS standards and integrated financial reporting Handson experience with enterpriselevel ERP platforms (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) Proven capability leveraging AI tools for financial modeling, scenario development, research, documentation, and process automation Demonstrated history of delivering sophisticated models and executivelevel recommendations characterized by speed, professionalism, and strategic insight Based within UTC8 to UTC+3 time zones Nicetohave Requirements Familiarity with SaaS or EdTech business models and industry dynamics Proven track record designing comprehensive financial infrastructures, beyond simply working within established systems Previous success in dynamic, founderdriven organizations characterized by evolving priorities and direct communication cultures About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform.
