About the opportunity This position involves working from home in Orange, NSW, and managing relationships with hard rock mining clients across the region. The largest customer, Cadia, accounts for 70% of the territory, with additional coverage across Tomingley, Cobar, North Parks, and Cal. The role requires site visits, test work, and administrative tasks to support customer operations. In this role you will: Conduct technical site visits and perform test work Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities Manage orders, deliveries, and trial plans Collaborate with operations teams to optimise product performance Complete CSP training and participate in cross-regional projects This role offers a long-term growth path toward an Area Manager position. With ongoing mentorship, technical training, and exposure to broader regional responsibilities. About you You will bring a background in science, ideally with a degree in Metallurgy or Process Engineering, and experience in mining. Sales experience is essential, as is your ability to manage client relationships and interact effectively at mine sites. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: A degree in Science, Metallurgy or related field Experience with flocculants and coagulants in mining Prior sales experience and client-facing capability Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and inquisitive mindset to understand client processes You must have a valid driver''s licence and be willing to complete pre-work medicals, inductions, and site testing.
