The ideal candidate will motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals, devise business strategies, and uphold operational and organizational standards. Responsibilities include recruitment, training of new staff, and various administrative tasks, such as monitoring inventory levels. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. Objectives of this role: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards and create a welcoming store atmosphere. Oversee day-to-day operations, train staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining store efficiency. Create a clean and safe store environment compliant with health and safety regulations. Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly. Set a strong example for mid-level managers and store associates to follow. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profit margins, presenting findings to company management. Conduct annual personnel performance appraisals, offering clear feedback and constructive criticism to aid staff improvement. Monitor inventory levels and order new items as required. Source, hire, train, and oversee new staff, leading by example and ensuring efficiency in the training process. Arrange promotional materials and in-store displays.
