The role requires the provision of evidence-based services through multiple delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals can originate via the NDIS, Medicare, or private sources. This is a mobile role, offering the flexibility to work from home or the company''s hubs when not conducting client appointments. Key Responsibilities The professional will be responsible for a range of duties focused on maximizing client function and engagement: Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities. Working within the NDIS framework to maximize clients'' level of function, capacity, and social engagement. Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields). Completing timely documentation and report writing. Managing a varied caseload. Meeting company professional expectations (e.g., meeting billables and effective client management). Attending meetings, supervision, and personal development sessions (as required). Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources. Working across leading software platforms and online tools.
