The leading hand will assist to lead the team as well as undertake maintenance and repairs on all types of orchard equipment and machinery as directed by the Maintenance Manager. The salary for this role will be between $80$85k.Key AccountabilitiesLeadership: Assist in leading the team toolbox meetings and coordinating tasks in the workshop.Machinery Maintenance: Complete repair and maintenance requirements on orchard machinery and assist the Maintenance Controller and Manager by planning, monitoring and managing key deliverables.Machinery Operation: Operate machinery when required to assist with orchard activities and operate machinery for testing purposes.Please Note: As part of our onboarding process you will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug screen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
