Youll be part of a supportive finance team, learning the ins and outs of Accounts Payable and Council finance operations, all while earning a salary and receiving professional mentoring. What Youll Be Doing Process supplier and utility invoices following Council policies and payment terms Create and maintain supplier accounts in Councils financial system Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies Learn the full Purchase-to-Payment process, including purchase orders, invoices, and goods received Raise requisitions for stationery orders and assist with internal distribution Handle internal and external enquiries Support other Accounts Payable duties as required About You Were looking for someone who is: Accurate and detail-focused, with good organisational skills Friendly and professional, with strong verbal and written communication Eager to learn and open to feedback Punctual and reliable, with a cando attitude Confident using computers and willing to grow your skills About Zeal Futures: Zeal Futures provides the ultimate training and employment experience.
