Requirements for this role: Looking for candidates available to work: Mon morning Mon afternoon Tue morning Tue afternoon Wed morning Wed afternoon Thu morning Thu afternoon Fri morning Fri afternoon 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $950 - $1,100 per week About the Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Worker with a strong focus on lawn care and garden maintenance to join our growing team. Youll be working on a variety of residential and aged care properties, helping maintain outdoor spaces to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Lawn mowing and edging using push and rideon mowers Whipper snipping and leaf blowing Garden maintenance including weeding, pruning, hedging, and planting Green waste removal and general yard cleanups Basic property maintenance as required (e.g. sweeping paths, cleaning outdoor areas) Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally Communicating respectfully with clients and reporting any issues or concerns Completing job documentation via phone or tablet About You Experience in lawn and garden maintenance preferred but not essential A strong work ethic and attention to detail Physically fit and capable of outdoor manual work Good time management and ability to work independently or as part of a small team Positive, friendly attitude with good communication skills Reliable and punctual Requirements Current and valid drivers licence (manual licence preferred) Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening (preferred or willing to obtain) Own transport to depot What We Offer Regular, consistent parttime hours with potential for growth Supportive, closeknit team environment Opportunity to build your skills across varied properties Flexibility around days (for the right candidate) All tools, equipment and uniforms provided To Apply Please submit your resume along with a short cover letter outlining your experience and availability.
