OverviewChandler Macleod are seeking a diligent and dependable Mill Hand / Cleaner to join our client in Northam for a short-term contract commencing immediately.Contract Details:Start: ImmediatelyEnd Date: Friday, 10th October (possibility of extension)Hours: 38 hours per weekPosition OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the operation and upkeep of milling machinery, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the facility, and supporting the production process as required.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the operation and routine maintenance of milling equipmentMaintain a clean and orderly work environment by removing dust, debris, and waste materialsAdhere strictly to company safety protocols and hygiene standardsProvide general support to the production team as neededRequirementsPhysical fitness and the ability to perform manual laborStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standardsAbility to work effectively within a team and follow instructionsPrevious experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatoryPunctuality and reliability are essentialAt Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
