Nestled in a vibrant and welcoming community, every space has been thoughtfully created to support childrens emotional and educational development.About the role:This is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday in our Nursery room.As our Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for the children in our care.Key Responsibilities:Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesLead, develop and implement engaging, high-quality educational programsMentor and support educators to plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences.Overseeing and approving centre Storypark postsFoster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativityProvide constructive feedback to educators to promote continuous improvement and a culture of positive changeCollaborate with families to ensure each childs learning journey is supported and enrichedAbout you:You are a creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion to lead and develop age specific programs and daily routines.
