Adecco is recruiting a reliable and experienced Production Operator on behalf of a leading food manufacturing client based in Cowra, NSW. This is a handson role in a dynamic environment producing fondants, jams and caramel products. You''ll play a key part in ensuring consistent product quality and meeting daily production targets. Responsibilities As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include: Mixing ingredients according to recipes to meet product specifications Operating basic production machinery safely and efficiently Monitoring the production process for quality control Labelling and packaging products with accuracy Stacking finished goods on pallets for storage and transport Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols on the production floor Collaborating with team members and reporting issues to supervisors Your Profile To be successful in this role, you will need: Prior experience in a food or general manufacturing environment Ability to follow detailed processes and recipes precisely Competence in operating and monitoring machinery High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic Physical ability to lift, stack and move products regularly Strong teamwork and communication skills Availability to work regular shifts with potential for overtime Whats in it for you?
