The Role Our Support Services staff are integral to the wellbeing of our residents, delivering high-quality services across Kitchen & Catering. More than just practical support, they help foster meaningful relationships that enhance each residents daily life. Reporting to the Support Services Team Leader, the team plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and homelike environment. Maintaining legislated safety, quality, and hygiene standards Cleaning communal and dining areas Assisting with basic kitchen duties such as dishwashing, food preparation support, and maintaining cleanliness in food service areas Maintaining adequate supplies of toilet paper, soap, and other cleaning and hygiene supplies for resident use Adhering to infection control principles and WHS requirements, including the safe storage and use of chemicals, and completing cleaning requirements according to facility schedules Completing required documentation and reporting Providing ad hoc support to the broader team as required Whats in it for you?
