Nestled in the heart of spa country, our caf is known for its warm hospitality, great coffee, and relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Were looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting and inspiring their team. Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, and support Kitchen team. Daily Operations: Oversee smooth day-to-day service, including opening and closing duties. Customer Service: Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through friendly, professional, and attentive service. Operational Oversight: Ensure presentation, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently maintained. Staff Management: Create rosters, uphold workplace safety, and assist with food and beverage preparation when required. Financial Accountability: Manage cash handling and contribute to the cafs front-of-house performance and efficiency. Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role. Proven barista skills and a passion for coffee and caf culture. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities. Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach to service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
