Haynes is currently seeking Civil Labourers to join our clients team on a solar farm project based in Merriwa, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the renewable energy sector and contribute to a large-scale solar installation.Key Responsibilities:Assist civil plant operators and trades in daily earthworks, trenching, and drainage activities.Conduct manual tasks including shovelling, raking, spotting, and site cleanup.Set up and dismantle work areas, barriers, and signage as required.Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely around site.Operate small tools and equipment (plate compactors, water pumps, saws, etc.) under supervision.Act as a spotter / safety observer for plant and vehicle movements.Comply with all A One Earthworks and sitespecific WHS, environmental, and quality procedures.Participate in prestart meetings, toolbox talks, and site training as required.To be successful, you will have:White Card MandatoryDrivers Licence and reliable transport MandatoryPrevious experience in civil, construction, or renewable energy projects (desirable)Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditionsBasic knowledge of hand and power toolsTickets such as forklift, EWP, or telehandler (advantageous but not essential)At Haynes, we keep things simple: We back the talent of our people and land the jobs that best suit their needs.
