The Role We are seeking a motivated, experienced person for signage production and installation who has in-depth industry knowledge . You will have the opportunity to work in a well-established, motivated and fun environment in a role in which you will get to experience the diversity of our industry while working on different and varied projects, for a wide range of clients. We will require you to produce, manufacture and install all aspects of signage and vinyl graphics. You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position, enjoy working in a small team environment, present confidently on site and have the ability to maintain high attention to detail. Duties Include Assisting in all aspects of the design, production and installation of signage projects Attending site and presenting professionally in front of clients Operation of print/cut machines and general hand/power tools Weeding, application and applying computer cut graphics and printed self-adhesive vinyl to various substrates Operating computer cutting plotter software and hardware Operating RIP software and printers Laminating and Operating mounting table Installation of vinyl lettering, digital prints and wall graphics, one-way vision prints, frosting, lightboxes and shopfront panels. Ability to wrap vehicles using solid colour and/or digitally printed media Be able to carry out basic graphic design work would be a plus. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role Knowledge of materials and production methods used in signage Ability to follow instructions and artwork proofs Ability to work efficiently and maintain a consistently high attention to detail Experience with onsite signage installations is essential Basic Graphic Design experience is a big advantage EWP Licence, be able to work on ladders, Confident working at heights Ability to work in a team environment as well as being able to work unsupervised when required Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask Well presented, mannered and punctual Positive attitude and team-focused Excellent verbal and written communication is a MUST! Reliable and efficient is a MUST! Ability to maintain safe work practices at all times Able to work to deadlines & flexibility to workovertime if needed to meet deadlines Must have a Australian manual drivers license White card essential Willing to provide a current police clearance Willing to provide a blue card upon request Hours are Monday to Friday If you want to work in a friendly team environment and are a highly motivated person then we want to hear from you.
