OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Hospital Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at Launceston. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality, evidence-based care across a range of clinical and operational pharmacy services.Depending on the site and service needs, responsibilities may include:Ward-based clinical pharmacy servicesDispensary and aseptic servicesMedication safety and stewardship initiativesOncology or specialty service rotations (if applicable)Participation in weekend and after-hours rostersThis position is ideal for pharmacists looking to expand their clinical experience in a supportive and collaborative hospital environment.
