This contemporary property offers studio rooms and apartmentstyle suites with balconies and views overlooking the seaport marina or historic township. On your days off, immerse yourself in nature, explore the picturesque coastline, or sample the finest produce and wines in the Tamar Valley. Purpose As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role as the friendly face and warm welcome that sets the tone for our guests'' entire stay. Your responsibilities span from checkin to checkout, ensuring exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences for our valued guests. Compensation Casual loading on all hourly rates! Base rate $26.70. With loadings: MondayFriday $33.38ph, Saturday $40.05ph, Sunday $46.73ph, Public Holidays $66.75ph. Primary Responsibilities Roll out the red carpet of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from check-in to check-out. Communicate with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration. Transform challenges alongside guests, converting dilemmas into success stories. Promote hotel amenities and services by understanding products and offerings. Serve as the local legend by sharing information on neighbourhood hotspots and mustvisit gems. Accurately handle reservations and manage guest accounts. Skills and Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is a valuable asset. Innovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations. Collaboration skills within teams and ability to work independently. Proven ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, with strong organisational and timemanagement skills. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
