In this PartTime role, you will be responsible for acting as the JD Hardie Youth and Community Hub''s first point of contact. With your excellent customer service skills, you will act as a first point of contact, provide information and direction to the general public, respond to online and phone enquiries as well as taking and processing of payments. You will have the opportunity to manage facility bookings, work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders including children and young people and assist with the development and administration of procedures and policies.
