As a Support Coordinator you will: Provide therapeutic supports and shortterm psychological interventions, connecting participants to services and supports. Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate IV level qualification in Mental Health or Community Services. At least two years experience in a suicide prevention/aftercare or mental health setting. Previous experience providing case management to vulnerable groups. Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries while engaging in personcentred work.
