We have caring staff, fabulous resources and educational programs for children 6 weeks to 6 years. The Beach Early Learning Centres promote the value of childhood at a time when children as capable learners and co-constructors continue their life journey.About the RoleManage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality StandardsAbout youA Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualificationStrong experience in a Centre Manager roleA current Working with Childrens CheckExperienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standardWhy work for Affinity?Join our values-driven organisation, where incredible people make a genuine difference.
