You will be responsible for developing and managing training materials, facilitating collaborative review sessions, and ensuring compliance with training requirements for the ETCS Operational Readiness function. You will design and implement training initiatives that align with legislative obligations and project milestones. ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of the Training Strategy for the Transition to Operations teamDesign and implement Training and Readiness Plans for the ETCS integration within the Operational Readiness functionCreate engaging training materials and deliver structured training programs tailored to project and individual requirementsDevelop formal assessments aligned with training content and technical capability to ensure learning outcomes are metCollaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure training relevance and accuracyMonitor training compliance and provide regular progress reports to support governance and continuous improvementCreate and deliver fit-for-purpose training programs that support project deliverables and address identified skills gaps Qualifications and experienceProven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic project environmentsExperience analysing and formulating Training Needs Analysis and developing enterprise training documentationKnowledge of train operations and safety, and governance frameworks is desirableExperience in designing, developing and co-facilitating fit-for-purpose training programs across diverse operational rolesExperience in project coordination by leading end-to-end coordination of training delivery, including scheduling, stakeholder engagement and logistics Progress that countsJoining Queensland Rail means contributing to growth, including major projects that will transform travel across South East Queensland.
