OverviewFull-time opportunity with a competitive base salary + superannuation.Supportive Team dedicated to delivering outstanding results.Career Development: Ongoing training, mentoring, and opportunities for growth within the horticultural field.Work-Life Balance: We value your well-being and support you to balance your personal and professional life.Resources: A full IT kit is provided, ensuring you have the tools necessary for success.ResponsibilitiesAssist with monitoring plant health, nutrition, irrigation, and pest/disease management under the guidance of senior horticultural staff.Support the implementation of best practice horticultural activities to achieve high yield and quality.Help maintain accurate records of horticultural operations, including spray and irrigation schedules.Participate in research and development activities, including data collection and trial support.Collaborate with the Operations, Harvest, and Horticulture teams to ensure smooth daily operations.Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by following all safety and quality procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives and be open to learning new skills and approaches.The successful candidate will haveTertiary qualification in Horticulture or a related field (or working towards completion).Willingness to learn and develop practical skills in plant health, nutrition, irrigation, and pest/disease management.Ability to identify and communicate issues to senior staff.Some experience (including internships or placements) in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field is desirable.Willingness to learn problem-solving techniques in a horticultural setting.Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Organised and able to manage time and tasks effectively.Strong team player with good communication skills.Willingness to collaborate and take direction from senior team members.Ready to shape the future of farming with us?
