Join us and become a Heartist.As a Night Auditor, you will be a critical part of the night operations of the hotel and be responsible for creating a warm and personalised welcome experience for our guests overnight. In the absence of management, you will ensure that the general safety and security of guests, staff, and the property is maintained at all times.What youll be doingWelcoming our late arrival guests and farewell to our early departures.Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotels overnight operation, maintaining guest satisfaction and the safety and security of the property.Taking initiative to ensure positive and productive interactions with our customers.Actively resolving complaints and challenges presented by customers.Undertake the daily reconciliation of the Hotels trading, including checking and preparing reports, completing audits, and collating the necessary paperwork for departures.Prepare and distribute relevant reports to relevant departments.Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guest details ensuring all details are recorded accurately.Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure by checking in and out guests as required.Maximising guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.Attending to guests'' requests efficiently and effectively to ensure total customer satisfaction.QualificationsBe a night owl who enjoys working with a teamAbility to lead and step into the Assistant Night Manager role as requiredExceptional customer service & communication skillsExcellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomouslyA hands-on team player with a can-do attitudeInitiates contact and establishes rapport easilyWillingness to take ownership and have the initiative to carry out different tasks as requiredA good understanding of finance and accounting practicesThe ability to coordinate multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detailYour Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificateA current full manual drivers license is essentialKnowledge of Opera Cloud is a bonusAn ability to work 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidaysAdditional InformationALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!Family & Friends Discounts - Available on a range of accommodation, services and events for those who mean the most to you.Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty Program - Earn status & reward points on your worldwide stays.Learn Your Way - Support your career development with access to Accors industry leading training platforms.An opportunity to be part of a fun and supportive team who love what they do! #J-18808-Ljbffr
