A typical day may look like: Building strong relationships with a diverse customer base including local farmers, primary producers, and trade customers Assisting customers in-store and over the phone with pricing, product queries, and counter sales Performing general administrative tasks such as stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching goods Supporting merchandise campaigns and maintaining a welcoming, well-presented store environment Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries Ensuring safety processes are followed at all times A little about you: You''re self-motivated, proactive, and bring a positive approach to customer service You have strong time management and verbal communication skills Youre passionate about Australian agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise You have experience achieving sales outcomes using your specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products relevant to local crops Youre keen to learn all aspects of retail operations and sales A current drivers licence and forklift ticket is advantageous but not essential This is a permanent part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week) and includes Saturday morning shifts (9am12pm) .
