This includes serving the YWAM community as well as supporting our local, regional (Australian), and international ministry efforts. Required Qualifications: Certificate III in Discipleship or equivalent DTS Certificate IV in Christian Missions Additional ministry training deemed relevant to the role Required Experience: Minimum of 4 years in teaching and pastoral care within YWAM Demonstration of Christ-like character Required skills and personal attributes: Boldness in praying for others Facilitating prayer and worship session Teaching, preaching and facilitating of bible/discussion groups Pastoral care and mentoring skills Necessary administrative skills Commitment to mission in the context of YWAM (beliefs and values) Duties: Assisting in the facilitation of worship services, prayer meetings, and religious gatherings Delivering sermons, devotionals, Bible studies and special talks Assisting in instructional classes of religious instruction within our training program Organize prayer meetings, discussion groups, retreats, and seminars Engage in community welfare activities, encouraging responsibility and organizing involvement in local projects. Visit community members to offer advice, support, and religious comfort Attending local, national, and international YWAM events to support and mentor younger members Practicing evangelism through everyday interactions and in community outreach Committing to ongoing personal spiritual growth in relationship with God Performing necessary administrative and operational tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
