Your Role Heres what you will be doing: Support Bosch Oceania associates with effective usage of computer, mobile, and printer hardware and productivity software Manage lifecycle replacements of computer and mobile hardware Resolve common faults with a focus on consulting on Bosch global products and services Collaborate within your team and with other stakeholders to deliver IT support About You The company is looking for: Currently enrolled and completed at least 1 year towards an Information Technology or similar degree Passionate about providing excellent customer service, with prior retail or hospitality experience Proficient in M365 Office productivity suite (Adv.
