Were looking for an experienced Email Marketing & CRM Manager to join our team who will shape player engagement strategies that reach millions of players worldwide through expert customer relations management. This role will lead the creation, development, and execution of all email marketing campaigns and will be pivotal in driving player engagement strategy, retention marketing, and monetization through compelling email campaigns, CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalised, high-impact communications to our global gaming community. WHAT YOULL BE DOING Drive player engagement and retention by creating high-impact email campaign strategies that support game launches and promotions. Manage and optimize CRM workflows to enhance player lifecycle engagement and retention. Take full ownership of strategy, design, and execution for global email campaigns: strategy, segmentation, copywriting, design coordination, testing, deployment, and performance analysis. Collaborate closely with developers and marketing teams to deliver consistent, playerfocused messaging across all channels. Analyse performance metrics and KPIs including open rates, CTR, and conversion to inform future strategies and maximize ROI. Maintain and grow email subscriber lists in compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations. Conduct A/B testing and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness, and when suitable experiment with new tools and A/B testing strategies to push the boundaries of player engagement. Stay up to date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the gaming industry. WHAT YOULL BRING Proven experience in email marketing, ideally within video games, entertainment, or tech sectors, but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills. Ability to craft campaigns that drive engagement and retention across global audiences, and comfortable blending datadriven insights with creative storytelling to deliver highimpact campaigns. Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams. Experience with email marketing platforms HubSpot experience is highly advantageous. Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a flair for engaging, playercentric messaging. Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting campaign data and generating actionable insights. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting. Knowledge of GDPR and email compliance standards. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Passion for video games and understanding of gaming communities. BONUS IF YOU HAVE Experience in a dedicated email marketing or CRM role. HubSpot certification or demonstrable experience using HubSpot for campaign management. Experience working in a fastpaced, agile marketing environment.
