Our aim is to make our Customers and Employees experience at Spudshed a welcoming and engaging one!Responsibilities:Retail Supervisors responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain service standards by developing your team and ensuring correct house-keeping is maintained for cleanliness and safetyDriving team culture in line with Spudshed valuesEnsuring that customer receive prompt service and quality goods and servicesResponding to customer queries and complaints about goods and servicesEmployee management (interviewing, hiring, training, evaluation, performance management, dismissing, promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances)Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales proceduresExamining returned goods and deciding on appropriate actionTaking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stockEnsuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayedEnsuring safety and security procedures are enforcedAbout you:Previous experience (1 year or more) in a management/supervisory roleAQF Certificate II or IllStrong analytical and problem solvingStrong communication skillsLocation: Bunbury and AustralindSalary: $68,835 - $80,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
