Description Territory is the Full South West & includes an Element of Travel! The role start date will be Early January, 2026. Responsibilities Achieving sales targets, these targets may be customer specific and/or brand specific and will be set by National Sales Manager when deemed appropriate Ensure all designated licensed outlets carry the required range of the companys products sufficient to satisfy consumer needs Ensure availability of those products at appropriate selling points (bars, eating areas, bottle shops and restaurants) Ensure that the defined products available are in saleable condition and that stock rotation is maintained Strive to ensure that the companys products are priced in accordance with our pricing strategy Ensure complaints relating to product quality are dealt with efficiently and promptly, ensuring that all internal procedures are adhered to Identify and pursue signage opportunities and work with the State Sales Manager to secure approved sites Ensure that the companys products are displayed prominently at all points of sale in each outlet Strive to ensure that in areas such as bottle shops those products receive prime display space Ensure POS and signage material, relevant to brand positioning, is placed in prime positions in each outlet All material should be used effectively, with consideration given to quantities used Ensure all opportunities are taken to promote the companys products to the consumer or the retailer without exceeding budgeted funds (unless instructed by the State Sales Manager) Ensure effective use of promotional aids, as provided Ensure that the goodwill and professional image of the company is promoted at all times Report trends occurring in the marketplace, including inroads by competitors, consumption changes in bars and bottle shops, effect of sponsorship activity, product quality or packaging remarks, and provide recommendations to licensees Submit written reports outlining activities on time, accurate and clear; use CRM as required Skills and Experiences Current drivers license Good computer skills, competent in all facets of Windows Desired Skills & Experience At least 1-3 years in a similar role Well developed, self-management skills Self-motivated, independent and can work in isolation Displays a high level of courtesy, dependability, selfconfident and honesty in all situations Shows strong work ethic and ability to communicate at all levels Assertive while remaining humble Be a team player with great internal relationships Benefits & Perks Significant employee discounts Employee competition & prizes Employee Assistance Program Staff beer allocation Opportunities for career development Company vehicle or allowance Fuel card Mobile phone or allowance Bonus opportunities Remuneration We offer an attractive remuneration package for this role negotiable subject to experience.
