Dhelkaya Health is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic After-Hours Manager to join our dedicated team at our Maldon Campus. This pivotal role provides after-hours leadership, clinical care and oversight of the nursing workforce and hospital operations, ensuring high standards of clinical care and operational excellence. Responsibilities Leading and supporting the clinical team to deliver safe, holistic, and person-centred care Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation across all areas Providing confident, professional leadership and guidance to clinical staff Promoting a culture of safety and quality in alignment with best practice standards Applying sound clinical and operational judgment to support effective, efficient care delivery Maintaining oversight of patient and staff safety throughout the facility Join Dhelkaya Health and make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of our communityafter hours and beyond.
