Leading Hand/Foreman - Custom Homes (V-65241) Location Brisbane, Australia Sector Building & Construction Salary $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per annum Benefits + Super I''m working with a well-established custom home builder that specialises in high-end, architectural builds across the Brisbane City Council area. All their work is local, detailed, and genuinely rewarding. There the type of projects you can take real pride in. Building upwards of 12 homes a year. Theyre now looking for a Leading Hand / Foreman to join their team full-time and play a key role in delivering some of Brisbanes most beautiful custom homes. Youll be working on architecturally designed projects with complex sites and KDR builds, leading teams on-site to ensure top-quality finishes and smooth delivery. Whats on offer: $100,000 $120,000 + Super (paid weekly) Salary negotiable depending on experience and employment type (casual or permanent with holiday entitlements) Full-time, permanent position directly employed by the builder All work local to Brisbane no travel up or down the coast Stable pipeline of high-end residential projects What were looking for: 7+ years total experience across Carpentry and/or Foreman with a strong luxury/custom background 2+ years experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Excellent communication and leadership skills If you want to be part of a thriving, detail-focused business that delivers architectural homes you can be proud of, this one might be for you.
