As Council continues to grow and evolve, youll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our cultural services portfolio and lead a multidisciplinary department of 270+ professionals delivering high-impact programs across: Library Services Heritage and Museums Galleries Cultural Activation Digital Services Cultural Communications Business Support In this senior leadership role, youll drive the planning and implementation of Councils cultural strategies and action plans, ensuring excellence in service delivery, audience engagement and operational performance. Youll foster a positive, inclusive team culture, champion reconciliation and accessibility, and oversee financial, risk and project management aligned with Councils strategic goals. Your expertise will guide policy development, stakeholder engagement and innovation across all service areas.
