In this role as Services Sales Manager for ANZ, you will act as a strategic sales leader for the Public Sector portfolio. You will drive performance by fostering accountability, consultative selling, and customerfocused planning while championing crossteam collaboration across government and community services. Youll oversee sales strategies for the CSU Services portfolio, with a strong emphasis on AI Business Solutions, AI Cloud Platforms, and Security, ensuring operational excellence through MCEM process adherence, accurate forecasting, and deal governance. Your responsibilities will include managing territory plans, pipeline health, and sales execution while guiding customer engagement, coinnovation, and identifying growth opportunities that maximise Microsoft Services value for the public sector in Australia and NewZealand. Responsibilities People Management: drive success by modelling, coaching, and caring, living the culture, guiding teams towards objectives, and fostering individual growth. Leading and Transforming the Business: lead business transformation, developing and executing gotomarket strategies, aligning teams with market needs and driving digital AI solutions to foster growth and customer satisfaction. Accelerating Growth: leverage industry expertise to drive opportunities, represent Microsoft as a thought leader, and coach teams to tailor engagements and maximize revenue, consumption and growth through digital AI transformation strategies. Driving Success with and Through Others: foster a culture of inclusion, learning, and achievement, inspiring teams to engage and collaborate towards bold goals, while strategically planning for growth and transformation across business segments and partnerships, and achieving team sales metrics and growth targets. Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing/advertising, or leading highperforming sales or technicalsales teams within large, complex organizations; OR Masters Degree in one of the above fields and 7+ years of related experience; OR equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of people management experience, including leading teams or managers in a sales organization. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience driving business growth and performance in large, multitiered sales environments. Demonstrated success managing and developing highperforming sales and technicalsales teams. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills within complex organizational structures. Microsoft is an equalopportunity employer.
