About The Role We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional to join Bio Gros Agriculture Team in the South East, reporting to the Agriculture Sales Manager. This role will provide support to the agriculture team in South Australia and Victoria, assisting with customer engagement, sales initiatives, and research and development activities. You will have the opportunity to work closely with growers, distributors, and internal teams to drive growth and innovation across key agricultural regions. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with growers, distributors, and industry partners across South Australia and Victoria, serving as a primary contact for Bio Gros Agricultural division. Promote and sell Bio Gros range of organic compost mineral blends, soils, mulches, and liquid stimulants across existing and new agricultural regions, tailoring solutions to meet unique needs for individual customers Support research and development initiatives by coordinating and assisting with internal and external field trials, helping to evaluate and refine new products and solutions. Provide expert product education and support to help customers achieve optimal results from Bio Gro products. Work towards individual and team sales targets, budgets, and OKRs, with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth. Maintain customer satisfaction through data tracking, trend analysis, and consistent professional follow-up. About You A proactive approach with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. High level of self-motivation, initiative, and personal accountability. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. A positive, can-do attitude. A genuine interest in sustainable farming systems, organics processing, and the circular economy. Ability to collaborate closely in a team, to ensure service, delivery, and operational expectations are consistently met. Previous experience in sales or a related industry (essential). Qualifications in Agricultural Science, Business, or a related field.
