With a reputation for delivering masterfully designed and architecturally distinct coastal residences with bespoke detailing, this is your opportunity to be involved in the development and construction of landmark Gold Coast projects. They are growing, and they need you to Support the ongoing growth by establishing commercial structure across multiple projects Set up systems, procedures and oversee operational efficiencies Ensuring financial discipline across all active and new builds Work collaboratively with the Design Managers and Construction Manager Manage all aspects of precontract, procurement and contracts administration Mentor and develop junior and intermediate Contract Administrators Provide commercial risk advice to Clients and senior leadership as required We are hoping that you have At least seven years experience in contracts administration within Tier Two or high end residential/ mixed use construction Deep understanding of AS2124 / AS 4000 style contracts, head/subcontract negotiation and compliance Proven capability managing the full commercial cycle on projects of $30 million and above from procurement through to final account Plan Sealing and Cost planning experience Financial forecasting, cashflow management and cost to complete reporting Advanced ability to assess and prepare variations, EOTs and contractual claims Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying highly desirable In return, you will be offered the following Superb Broadbeach location The opportunity to deliver on some of the Gold Coasts most highend and luxurious boutique developments Autonomy and ownership to shape the commercial function of the business Up to $220,000 plus Superannuation, negotiable and commensurate with skills and experience If you feel you are appropriately qualified and are ready to take your career to the next level with a rising Company, we hope to hear from you.
