The Role Employment Adviser (EA) - As an EA at TURSA, you''ll play a vital role in supporting participants on their journey back to work. Some of our participants face vulnerabilities, and your empathetic approach will be crucial. This role will be based at our Byron Bay & Ballina sites and is a permanent fulltime position. Though this role is advertised for fulltime, if you are the right candidate, we may consider parttime positions.
