Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day motel operations, including reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and housekeeping coordination. Supervise, train, and roster staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Handle customer inquiries and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. Manage budgets, occupancy rates, and revenue targets. Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards. Liaise with suppliers and contractors as required. Prepare reports and maintain records related to bookings and financial performance. Skills and Experience Proven experience in motel or hotel management (minimum 1 year preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
