About The Role Cook | North Wollongong Hotel | Week Day Shifts! The North Wollongong Hotel is looking for a reliable and experienced cook to join our kitchen team. This role offers approximately 2324 hours per week, working set days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. We''re after someone who can handle a fastpaced pub kitchen, is confident with prep and service, and takes pride in delivering quality, consistent food. Experience in a similar bistro or pub setting is preferred. A solid understanding of food safety and the ability to work both independently and within a team is essential. This is a great opportunity to be part of a wellknown local venue with a supportive team and steady hours.
