In this role, you will provide education, mentorship, and clinical expertise to nursing staff within our expanding Perioperative environment, supporting excellence in patient care under the guidance of the Perioperative Clinical Nurse Educator.ResponsibilitiesDeliver targeted education plans and facilitate department-based training.Conduct clinical competency assessments to support staff development.Provide hands-on clinical support and foster a positive learning culture.About YouYou are an experienced Registered Nurse with strong organisational and communication skills, a passion for education, and the flexibility to meet a range of learning needs throughout the anaesthetics environment.
