The Opportunity Adventist Senior Living (ASL) is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to join the Alstonville team on a full-time basis. The role of the Clinical Care Coordinator is to ensure the highest level of quality individualised care to our residential aged care consumers by leading staff, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the day-to-day care of residents. About You A key member of the Alstonville Care leadership team and a qualified registered nurse, the role works closely with the Facility Manager Alstonville Adventist Aged Care, Managers, Resident Nurses, and Care staff to ensure occupancy, leadership of care staff and delivery of quality clinical care. While the standard schedule for this role is Monday to Friday during daytime hours, the candidate may occasionally be required to adjust their hours or work alternate shifts to support business needs. Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience as an RN in a leadership position Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care and/or retirement living Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools Demonstrated skills and experience in: Leading and supervising Writing and reporting High level of effective communication Planning and organising Deciding and initiating action Good interpersonal skillsAbility to have difficult conversations Demonstrated experience in contributing to a positive workplace culture Current AHPRA registration Current NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain) and pre-employment medical screening For them - heres how youll contribute What really matters here - and what makes Adventist Senior Living work - are our shared values.
